Our friends started calling her
"Little Debbie" and she would do just about anything
asked of her...
So "Little Debbie" became her nickname
and we added the BHB song titled, "Do It For You" in her name.

Debbie is our upcoming star from a litter of only 3 puppies. Her mother (dam) is Karma Carmella and her father (sire) is Nocturne's Zev. Debbie is a half-sister to our renowned GR Ch Black Hawk. She wins or places high in just about every competition we enter her in and hope to begin showing her again now that competitions are beginning to open since the pandemic. Debbie has passed her OFA with Good for Hips, and Normal for Elbows.
In November 2019, a colleague took Debbie to compete in an International All Breed Canine Association (IABCA) Show in Fremont, Nebraska. Two judges were AKC, two were UKC, and one was from Argentina. Debbie earned her National Senior Puppy Championship, International Senior Puppy Championship, and four Certificates of Performance. Debbie earned SG-1 critiques from 5 different judges resulting in her earning her Honor Senior Championship. Here are the results of that weekend of competition in 2019 at an International All Breed Canine Show (IABC).
We look forward to competing with our "Little Debbie" as an adult in numerous venues!
A
Total Dog displays many abilities
in function, temperament, and
structure. Our Total Dog
philosophy places an emphasis on
dogs that can show and perform in multiple venues
utilizing multiple disciplines, such as displaying the gait appropriate for their breed type while in the show ring, and then using that superb construction to effortlessly
to compete in performance
activities. A sound, well-bred, well-adjusted dog can easily transition from the
conformation show ring to a
performance event. Venues as
agility, herding, rally,
obedience, tracking,
IGP/IPO/(Schutzhund), lure
coursing and weight pull are
typical performance events. A
Total Dog has the looks to excel
as a proper specimen of its
breed, while also having the
brains and ability to perform
athletically in a variety of
working and sporting venues.
"When you look at an animal's pedigree, it tells you what it ought to be. When you look at an animal performing in the ring or some other event, it tells you what it seems to be. When you look at an animal's offspring and producing record, it tells you what it is." - Patricia Craige Trotter, Master Breeder
